Really useful simple tool, I use it to scrape out my dough for shaping and also use it to clean out my bowls when washing up as I can scrape down the sides and make sure all the dough scraps are off the bowl before I put in the dishwasher. Also good for cutting dough into balls for rolls or splitting for plaits.
