Pressed wood pulp, oval or round, smooth or creased, for 500g, 750g or 1kg of dough, plus a wider 750g option.

No woven grooves, so the dough releases cleanly and there is nothing for flour to pack into.

Wood pulp absorbs excess moisture from the surface of the dough as it proves, which helps the skin dry enough to score.

Brush it out and let it dry. Nothing to pick dried dough out of.
