Returns & Refunds Policy

 


We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

 


Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 


 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 


Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food products or starter cultures)

• Custom or personalised items

• Gift cards

• Sale items

Exchanges

 


The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.

 


 

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 


If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.


Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.


If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
