Stainless Steel Cranked Pastry Spatula with Wooden Handle, 19cm
A cranked spatula has a blade that steps down below the handle. That small drop keeps your knuckles clear of the surface, so you can spread a filling right to the edge of the dough or slide under a biscuit without dragging your hand through it.
The flat 8cm stainless steel blade is sized for detail work: spreading butter and cinnamon sugar across a sheet of dough before rolling, smoothing icing on buns, easing a loaf away from the side of its tin or lifting bakes off the tray.

Care
Wash by hand in warm soapy water and dry straight away. Keep it out of the dishwasher and don't leave it to soak, as standing water is hard on the wooden handle.
